According to the prescription model, you first need an ORDER for psychological psychotherapy from your doctor (e.g. GP).

We currently have vacancies Individual therapyseats by video only, on French or English.
According to research, the effectiveness of video-based psychotherapy for many mental health conditions is comparable to that of face-to-face therapy.

We also have places available for couples therapy (in person or via video) in German, French, Italian or English.

As an interesting alternative, we are currently offering the Group programme „Behavioural and Skills Training“ and so on.

▪ Psychological psychotherapy has been included in the benefits catalogue of basic medical insurance since 1 July 2022 (reimbursement from the health insurance company in the case of a diagnosis). The tariffs are defined by the Federal Office of Public Health.

▪ Under certain conditions, IV, victim support or accident insurance will cover part of the costs. If you are a victim of psychological or physical violence, you can contact the official victim support centres in your canton of residence (https://www.fr.ch/vie-quotidienne/en-cas-de-difficultes/centre-de-consultation-lavi-pour-enfants-hommes-et-victimes-de-la-circulation) and apply for cost sharing for psychotherapy.

▪ If you do not wish to claim through your health insurance, you can pay for psychotherapy services yourself. In this case, please let us know before your first consultation.

▪ Only the actual time invested is being billed. The sessions usually last 60 minutes. Approximately 10 minutes of preparation and post-processing time will be charged additionally. Work outside the sessions, such as telephone calls, reports, correspondence by letter or e-mail will be charged separately according to time spent.

▪ Agreed appointments are binding. Appointments that are not at least 48 hours (from Monday to Friday) cancelled or postponed in advance are invoiced and must be paid by the client.

▪ If you wish, we are happy to work in collaboration with your GP or another doctor or healthcare professional treating you.
