OFFER
- The Psyg practice offers psychotherapy for young adults, adults, couples and families.
- The sessions can be conducted in an individual, couple or family setting. It is always possible to involve partners, siblings, children or parents in the therapeutic process.
- We work in German, French, English and Italian.
- Among other things, we work according to a systemic-orientated approach and supplement our working style with other therapeutic elements. For example, we are convinced of the effectiveness of mindfulness exercises or cognitive behavioural therapy elements.
- It is important to us that you receive help in a safe environment and can talk openly about your difficulties. A trusting therapeutic relationship is crucial for us. Meeting our patients as equals, our empathy and our resource-orientation characterise us as therapists.

◦ In a non-judgemental, constructive atmosphere, we accompany and support you attentively in solving your difficulties. The aim is to improve your mental well-being by working with you in a way that is tailored to your needs and resources. The aim is to strengthen your self-confidence and autonomy, among other things.
◦ The duration of psychotherapy depends on your needs, goals and progress. Sometimes, a single session can make a big difference, sometimes, the desired change requires more time. We determine the frequency of the sessions together.

There are various reasons why people may have no or only limited opportunities to visit a psychotherapeutic practice. These include, for example, limited time capacities, a remote place of residence or the inhibition threshold to visit a practice.
Some people simply feel better in nature and/or in motion, rather than sitting in an armchair in a practice.
For these reasons, we offer our patients one of the following three options before each session:
Session in the practice
- Wilerweg 45, 3280 Murten/Morat
Session in nature
- Meeting in the practice
- "Walk to talk"
Session by video or by telephone
Video: We will send you a personalised link by e-mail shortly before the initial consultation, which you can click on. Please install the Zoom programme in advance.
Phone:We will call you at the agreed time.
